We previously had Gustavo fix water damage to our ceiling early last year. We were so impressed with his professionalism, that we hired him again to finish our basement (after receiving a number of quotes). We again couldn't be happier. He and his partner Leyani are the best contractors we have ever worked with. The quote was fair, he was super responsive, he was always punctual and the job was finished exactly when promised. His work was meticulous, he was open to suggestions, and even touched up some of the work I had done over and above what was required or expected. They both worked extremely hard and take great pride in the quality of their finished product. The basement looks amazing. We could not ask for anything more. We are already thinking of other work we could have Gustavo do and have recommended to all our friends :)

We had some ceiling repairs to be completed in two rooms after a racoon removal. They responded to my inquiry within hours, came and did a quote within a couple of days, and had the work completed a few days later. They even touched up some spots where there used to be screws where a light fixture has been changed. You can't tell where the patch work happened.

We hired Green Property Restorations to finish (drywall and flooring) our two under-stairs closets to use as extra space for pets and kids. We also decided to add popcorn ceiling removal of the basement ceiling after seeing that they offered this service.

Gustavo and his partner were very professional and considerate while working in our home. His attention to detail is excellent and we are extremely happy with the results. We had electrical work done that left a few holes in the ceiling, and Gustavo patched it for us for a very reasonable price even though it wasn't in the original work order. We will definitely be choosing them again for any future drywall/ceiling/restoration work in the future.

Gustavo and his partner were incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. They removed the stipple off of our living room ceiling and were able to keep the mess contained by applying plastic to all walls and floors and constantly cleaning after themselves. we could not be happier with the job done!!

He visited our house and carefully covered the floor area and zipped the washroom door to prevent dust around. He explained to us the works and progress very clear. The result is very good.
