Green Property did a fantastic job dealing with some mould I found in my basement. Glad I hired them to do the repair work as well, the repaired wall is flawless and you'd never know we even had an issue. Crews were easy to have in my home, very professional and respectful. Work was completed ahead of schedule, on-budget and exceeded my expectations. Hope to not have this issue again but if I ever do, I know who to call.

I needed to book a last minute deep cleaning of our house, in preparation for visitors, following the birth of our child. This service was very accommodating and affordable and helped us out in a jam. We look forward to booking with them more regularly!

Their price was reasonable and we were impressed with the care they took to protect our walls and hardwood floors and keeping the site clean with their heppa filtered equipment. Green property restorations helped me with a really tough situation. Gustavo and his team did an amazing job removing some toxic black mold from my home. His knowledge, and attention to detail is top notch. He was able to rid my home of mold and pass the clearance test on the very first try!! I hope that I will never need his services again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. I completely trust him and his team!

We previously had Gustavo fix water damage to our ceiling early last year. We were so impressed with his professionalism, that we hired him again to finish our basement (after receiving a number of quotes). We again couldn't be happier. He and his partner Leyani are the best contractors we have ever worked with. The quote was fair, he was super responsive, he was always punctual and the job was finished exactly when promised. His work was meticulous, he was open to suggestions, and even touched up some of the work I had done over and above what was required or expected. They both worked extremely hard and take great pride in the quality of their finished product. The basement looks amazing. We could not ask for anything more. We are already thinking of other work we could have Gustavo do and have recommended to all our friends :)
