We paid $10,000 + to get our leaky roof fixed by 1000 Squares Roofing. At first they were responsive and great at answering emails but once the invoice was paid we found out there was a leak in the roof a few months later. Their website says they guarantee their work for 5 years but they've been non-responsive to our requests to get the roof fixed. It's been over 6 months of constant calling and emailing with their team assuring me that someone will show up to fix the roof and no one ever comes.

The roofers I used are excellent. The guys did a great job of replacing the roof of my house. They were punctual, respectful, and extremely good at their work. The project was completed on time, on budget, and with a well-defined plan. Excellent work. Highly recommended.

My budget wasn’t huge for getting a new roof. But 1000 Squares has packages you can choose from. I was assured that their bronze package was a good price but not a cheap roof. Angel went over everything and convinced us that it would be a leakproof roof for a good price. The pictures look good and I’m very happy. Would highly recommend it.

Despite the company's competitive pricing, what sold the job was their product knowledge and customer service. During the installation, a representative of the product supplier answered all my questions and explained the process. No unexpected surprises occurred during the completion of the project, and the crew finished on time. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend this company.
