Late every time, but does do condo doors

The contractor (Epstein?) was two hours late for the estimate. Then for the installation, they were two hours late, then he wanted to show up at the four hour late mark. I decided to reschedule. Finally he showed up 55 minutes late and did the job.
Doors look all right however. I am attaching photos. Although the woman on the phone said that the door can be painted this was not available as a service.
