i received an alert from my ecobee on my phone early this morning that my house was not cooling. I was out of town at that time, once i got home and checked everything such as filter or frozen pipes from ac i sent a request out on homestars at 1230pm and within 5 minutes Steven from Pipe Dreams called and had me test a few things to find out if it was the fan motor or the capacitor in the AC and told me he could be here in 2 hours.
He was very prompt in all communications and was here in 2 hours and replaced the capacitor and all working fine now. Thanks so much Steven for your quick action within hours to have our air conditioning up and working again the same day!!
This is a new company to homestars, so call them you wont be dissapointed, especially the quick response and repairs on these 40 plus degree days!!
