A & M Roofing

I moved into my new lakefront home last August and was told that it had a newer roof (2 years old) and even the home inspector said it looked good from the ground. As it turns out, the roof started to leak in various areas throughout the house and down the walls. I called the company that installed it but there were some legal issues there and needless to say I had to find someone else. I had 3 roofing companies and a professional inspection company come to the house to assess the damage and provide me with quotes to repair. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Out of all the reports I received and quotes A & M Roofing provided the most detailed report and a very reasonable price to replace the entire roof of the 3500 sq ft home. It was a huge job. I am so happy with Mark and his team for the work they did and the peace of mind he has brought me.

I have renovated quite a few homes over the years but I have to say that Mark and his team were the hardest working and maybe the most respectful team of contractors I have ever dealt with. They worked for 10-12 hours a day to get the job done and they ensured everything was cleaned up each day. Mark and his team went above and beyond simply removing and attaching new shingles. He managed to straighten the roofline, install missing vents and much much more. We even found areas where there were actual holes in the roof with no plywood!
