Yes My complaint is not with the move itself but, they worked hard and moved at a good pace. they were polite and friendly. My complaint is that I was very clear when booking them and asked for all the costs up front as I have been burned before with movers not being honest about the cost. I was told $300 an Hr. flat rate and a min of 3 Hrs. The move took exactly 3 hrs which should have been $900 but at the end the guys that did the moving said they had to bring the truck from Blackfalds AB. so for travel time there and back it would be an additional $300.
I was never informed of this when I asked for all costs upfront and the address on the web site says Red Deer.

I hate the dishonesty with moving companies about cost especially when you are on a tight budget!!
I find this shady and unprofessional to do to people on a tight budget that already are stressed from all the to do's and other costs of a move. so for that reason I give a 2 star rating. I am moving again and would have used them again had they been honest upfront with the costs, but I am going with Discount movers who gave me a written quote binding up front with all costs. I would highly suggest going with honest movers!!
