I have hired Viva Contracting for multiple renovation projects, the first time we hired them it was to renovate our basement and more recently to replace our fence in the backyard.
I had heard about Viva Contracting from a personal friend who had hired them to renovate their condo apartment that they had just purchased. My friend highly recommended them as they did an amazing job with the project, from demolition to completion, efficiently and timely for an incredible price.
For our basement Viva Contracting pretty much did everything that was necessary: dismantling and disposing of the old flooring and kitchen, fixing the floors and walls where necessary, installing a new heated floor, incorporating a tiled shower stall in the new bathroom, and upgrading our wiring so that each room had the relevant cables necessary for telephone, Internet, and TV.
Recently we hired Viva Contracting to replace our fence in the backyard that was in dire need of replacement. This project was completed within a few days from the removal of the old fence to the installation of the new fence.
