I dont see how Trace and his crew could improve their service. I used them to move from Ottawa to Toronto. They are prompt, extremely accommodating, and very polite. They treat your belongings with special care, nothing broken, nothing damaged. Communication is excellent and prices are reasonable. I was not the greatest customer I changed my date, I needed more than one drop off etc. none of it was a problem. I have used them again to move stuff in and out of the house . Same great service, reasonable fee.
