Aire One North

They were quick and did a good job. Furnace died on the coldest day of winter. They were onsite by the next day to replace it.

Old furnace stopped working. I called Aire One Sunday morning and they said they could instal a new one Monday. They sent someone out within the hour and our new furnace was working before noon on Monday. Now that's service.

Very diligent, organized, and professional. Furnace stopped working last night. Called Aire One North and they were very responsive. The Installation team came right on time and was very courteous and professional. Gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done and performed the work. Left the work area as clean as it was before they start their work.

quick response and came right after my request for service. very professional and found the problem soon, replace sensor and double check that furnace is working. service finished within 30 mins, pretty efficient. a follow up call afterwards. definitely recommend

I was so relieved when I called this business today when my fireplace stopped working. It was - 15 this morning, so it got cold fast.
I noticed this company worked on wknds, doing emergency calls.
Someone was there in an hr and 1/2, problem was fixed in 10 minutes!!
I was shown how to start the pilot light in case the gas is turned off again accidently.

I highly recommend Aire One North. I received Prompt service to install a furnace and water heater. They arrived with their masks on and kept them on the entire time we dd not have to ask them to do so. They were very polite and professional and took pride in their work. The installer and his helper worked great together as a team. Extremely happy with the work that was done and would recommend to our neighbours in Newmarket no doubt.

I was very pleased with Aire One North service. We recently had some duct work replaced in our basement and they did a great job updating everything. I was particularly pleased with their communication skills. We had one issue with some confusion on the project and the office was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly at no extra cost. I would recommend them to friends and colleagues in the future.
