Aire One North

Air One North was available to commence work on short notice, responding within 24 hours from the initial contact to the completion of installation. The installation was carried out professionally and completed within a few hours, as promised.

Called on a weekend because there was not heat coming from the vents fast and knowledgeable service very pleased would recommend.

On Saturday I noticed my house getting cool. I looked at my thermostat and saw the temperature was dropping. A quick inspection of my furnace and I realized I needed help. Called Aire One on a Saturday around 10:30am and was given a 2hr window between noon and 2pm. The tech showed up as promised, swiftly identified the problem and explained everything as he repaired it (I am nosey and inquisitive). This company is professional and efficient from the first contact to completion of the job. The tech was professional and knowledgeable. He was also friendly.

Furnace was not working, called Aire One, they had someone come out within the hour. Replacement part was required. Fixed and back running on the visit. Great company, been with them for almost 10 years, excellent customer service.

Aire One Newmarket has been providing annual maintenance on our furnace for 10 years. This includes the homes original furnace and the new one required 5 years ago. We have found the company to be extremely professional. Always arriving when they say ( one time they were unable to come and called ahead with plenty of notice). Technicians are polite , clean and professional. I have no reason to doubt the quality or integrity of their work and strongly recommend them

We just recently had our yearly maintenance check on our 13year old furnace and air conditioner originally installed by Aire One. Mark the technician who did our check was on time, polite and very thorough. When he was finished he took the time to give a detailed explanation of what he did and the condition of both.
Thanks to Crystal who calls me every year to remind me to book and who will follow up promptly if you have any questions or concerns. When we have had to call for service it was looked after right away.

They were quick and did a good job. Furnace died on the coldest day of winter. They were onsite by the next day to replace it.
