Horrible experience with this company. I booked a post construction cleaning as I had my entire kitchen redone and all my floors on the main floor removed and replaced. This meant I had fine white dust from the floor cement and drywall all over my house. I explained this when I booked and made it clear I needed a deep clean, not just a regular clean. I was told 2-3 people would come for 6 hours. I was shocked when one girl showed up, she didnt have any cloths, only paper towel and a swifter. Nothing was deep cleaned, baseboards were wiped only with the swifter as were all surfaces, so of course the dust was just moved around, not removed.
Aside from dusting using only a swifter, all decorations were missed, which of course were covered in dust due to the construction. Dan, the owner, came to help the one cleaner once I showed him the dust and explained my concerns. I also gave them a wet cloth after I realized they didnt have any. I asked the cleaner to wipe what was remaining with the cloth, but she didnt have time to do everything. She started to clean my brand new stainless steel appliances with paper towel and window cleaner, which will scratch the surface, but luckily Dan was there by then and stopped her. Floors were also wiped quickly and not thoroughly. To top the whole experience off they put a huge nic in my brand new kitchen cupboards, which I had to get redone. They of course deny it was them, but there was no one else in the kitchen. I never write reviews but after the experience I had with Dan and Maple shine cleaning services I felt I had to warn people.
