Had a leak around my window, likely caused by an ice dam. Out of the several contractors I contacted Marcelo was the only one who responded.
Marcelo arrived at the time he said he would and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He took the time to explain what the problem was and the work that would be involved to repair it. The work was done in a timely manner and at the price quoted.
Throughout the process Marcelo was the consummate professional. Highly recommend.
