We called Marcelo as we were in the midst of an exterior renovation and wanted an old hydro pipe that went through our 1st floor roof removed. We were on a tight deadline. It was either have a roofing company remove the pole quickly and repair the roof or we would be forced to keep it. He picked up the phone and got someone to come and repair our roof the same day. With the help of our renovator, they all removed the pipe and MCBM Roofing Services and Contracting Ltd. put in plywood and roofing tiles to cover the hole. We also wanted counterflashing installed over step flashing on a tight deadline, and again, he got someone to come the next day and install it. We were very impressed with Marcelo and his crew's communication and professionalism. We are planning to use them again when needed.
