Finish was to be broom/brush finish, only a few spots were such and leaving many scrapping pits to collect water which in the winter will freeze that can cause cracking and separation of the surface. Rebar is left on the ground and not embedded in cement after being told twice to raise it into the cement , rebar not connected on one side. Damage to city sidewalk in several places. More.
