A panel on my garage door snapped off while opening. I was sure the whole door was going to be replaced and that it would be an expensive fix. This happened on a Friday afternoon and most companies I called said they dont work on weekends unless we paid the emergency rate which is very expensive.
Luckily I notice a sticker on the garage door for this company (only moved in a couple weeks ago). I called and spoke to a gentleman who said that someone would come the next day (Saturday) and it wouldnt be any more expensive due to it being on a Saturday.
Here were on Saturday (less than 24 hours after the door broke) and my garage door is better than it was before. My technician, Mark, was very positive and friendly. He assessed the damage, and then personally drove to the nearest hardware store to get the supplies he needed. The whole job took less than 90 min from start to finish. He was also able to sell me and set up a door opener remote. Amazing Jon all around and I highly recommend!
