when i called dowell, the customer service representative was friendly and attentive to our needs. The response service time was prompt with ample notification prior to the technician arriving. The technician was friendly and pleasant. Though he was not able to repair our refrigerator, he guided me through the process with the manufacturer to have service done under a warranty program possibly saving me hundreds of dollars. would recommend Dowell and would call on them again if needed
