My stove needed a new control panel.......booking an appointment was easy, I got a reply to my email request immediately. It took some time to get necessary part and got updated weekly by the office.....high praise for them for keeping me in the loop, it made me feel valued. Service was very professional with full disclosure of cost and no hidden charges.
