Flat roof replacement, decommissioning chimney
Replacement of flat roof and decommissioning of an old chimney that was no longer in use. Additional scope included repair of rotten material that was discovered after removal of the roof and insulation upgrade.
Previous owners has just stacked layer and layers of roofing on top of each other. The team removed the chimney, the all the old roofing. Took pictures and documented the process. They found rotten material underneath and provided pictures of the damage and discussed changes to the scope of work before proceeding. Work was completed efficiently and the roof performed well in the July 2024 storm that flooded parts of the city.
