Poor Business Practices

Despite being given correct information, their representative went to the wrong place then expected us to pay for rheir error. They did not arrive to pick up the item until well after they were to be on the jobsite. Very unprofessional.

The customer did not have the correct information for material pick up, despite installer going to two different locations trying to pick up countertop. Business owner contacted customer asked to be reimbursed for extended time and materials when customer refused, a Urbantile o/o felt that this wasn't an exceptable start to job so job was cancelled by Urbantile o/o

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Collingwood

Jason is an excellent contractor who is professional, reliable and highly skilled. He did a wonderful job installing laminate flooring, trim and creating custom frames prior to installing 4 doors in our basement.

Jason always responds promptly to communication and answers questions in a clear and kind manner. He also consistently left his work space impeccably clean.

We highly recommend Jason! We will be hiring him to complete our basement bathroom as well.

Grout Repair

Tile and Grout Cleaning review in Thornbury

Hired Jason to repair cracks in ceramic floor grout and grout around gas fireplace glass. He was efficient, tidy and extremely polite and offered a solution to the fireplace grout that looks better than it did originally.

Jason is a hard worker and takes pride in his work. Jason cleans up after he finishes the project on hand. When Jason says he will be there on the date set he is there. I highly recommend Jason. I finally found an honest contractor very polite. I will not be looking for a contractor. Jason is the man for ALL our future renos. If you had 10 plus for rating I would definitely click on that.

Backsplash Installation

The job that Jason did far exceeded our expectations!! When first spoke to Jason (got his number from Tilemaster where we purchased the tile), he was just a voice on the line, but the more he spoke the more I realized he had a good understanding of working with tile and doing backsplashes. I was absolutely correct! He and his partner were professional, skilled, totally capable and worked hard the whole time. My wife is not happy if she considers work second-rate and she also knows what she likes. She could not be more pleased or impressed with how this turned out.
