Our building recreational room experienced severe damage to ceilings, walls and flooring due to a failure in the roofing system during heavy rains.
OR Services was called to bid on this project and within hours they were at the location to inspect the scope of the work to be estimated. We received their quote later that day. The ended up being the winning bidder by a substantial amount.
During the renovation process, OR Services project manager kept in constant communication with the building management and provided all the necessary accommodations so their work could have a minimum impact on our daily operations.
The work they did was of a very high quality, in time and within the budget quoted.
