When I first met Tan I instantly knew he was different from the other contractors I had met. We spent more time going over options and ideas than anything else. I felt like I had found someone who wasnt just trying to sell me something. I only wanted him and Klassic Stairs to redo my stairs for me.
At the end I was very satisfied with how my staircase looked. He even managed to fix the squeaking noise that the stairs had been making for years. Throughout the process everything stayed clean and their communication and professionalism gave me a sense of security before the project was even completed. If I could hire Klassic Stairs for every renovation I would.
