The response time was great until after the audit was finished. My audit and upgrades have been finished for months but I cannot complete the greener home grant because the energy audit consultant has not uploaded the post retrofit evaluation to the government site. I have sent multiple emails and yet still the post retrofit has not been uploaded. I shouldnt have paid the guy until he uploaded it to the greener home grant website. I do not recommend this company.
My energy upgrades were completed in March and it is now September and I still have not gotten this figured out.
