We Hired Exel Flooring to finish the last touches in our basement which was installing premium quality carpet. We are so glad to have hired them, we were really stressed with finishing our basement reno, Thank you to Fotis at Exel Flooring, he helped with all of our problems with previous contractors and did an incredible job.
