Our condo required some major upgrades and full rennovation. We met with some other companies too. But Get Reno stood out from the very beginning. They provided a written estimate and after discussion they provided a written contract with scope of work that covered not only all our requirements but also allotted price for each items. Lupo was very efficient in communication and asked us about our preferences. Very tasteful selection of materials and products. The level of service and quality of the products are excellent as well as within our budget.
Specially in this lockdown, I wasn't sure if they would be able to finish in time. But Lupo and his team went above and beyond to source materials and continued to finish work within the time frame. Lupo constantly kept us up to date.
We could not believe the level of service that they have provided. We didn't have to supervise at all. Lupo took care of all that. We were wowed with their professionalism. Top notch work. From an old and not so good looking apartment to a bright and new home, we couldn't have asked for a better deal.
We are very happy with our new home.
