New kitchen (love the counter tops), New washroom (love the tile in the shower), Paint all walls and ceiling, New base boards and NEW FLOOR! I did not think it was possible to get everything on my list with my budget. Thank you Nick!! You had wonderful ideas that kept my project under budget. I simply cant thank you enough.
