It reduces the stress of dealing with a reno that lasts for weeks. Chris answered every question promptly. He showed flexibility, patience and kindness. He cares about his Company and Customers. The team of Daryl and Danny worked hard, cleaned up the demolition trash and completed their work non-stop. They're real professionals, kind and polite.
I called Ultimate Bath Systems to resolve a plumbing issues in a washroom that was screaming for a reno. I love porcelain and cast iron but I needed a quick fix and had to go to acrylic. I think it's absolutely beautiful.
FYI- don't expect your alcove tub to look the width with the ledges like what you bought, after it's installed. It can't have the two ledges even in width when all done because the tub is nailed into the studs. Then a layer of drywall comes over the edge, then a water protection sheet, then the froggwall, all overlap on the edge next to the wall. I didn't realize this. Chris came right out and kindly explained it to Me. That's life. A Company you can Trust.
