We had 8 windows and 1 large front door installed and it only took one day. Excellent workmanship.
The salesperson (Vadim) was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we received the windows we requested even though it was the largest window ever made by HTR.
The installers (Eugene, Michael, and Alexa) were very friendly and professional. They placed protective covers on the floor and on furniture. They were incredibly careful with the removal of the old windows and insertion of the new ones. They also cleaned up after they were done.
The company as a whole is highly communicative and compromising when it came to the install date.
We now have a most beautiful view of the lake and mountains.
