We were impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. We made choices in October and installation in January. Could have been installed in December but we waited till January. Luckily the weather cooperated and had it completed in two days. Couple of days later we had minus 30 weather for a complete test of our new attractive windows and doors. What a difference! Our family was looking for a reliable service to do basement windows replacement for our renovation project.Friend of mine recommend Pavel as a professional and we decided to give him a call.The next day Pavel shoved up right on time for free estimate.He listened and asked questions to understand what exactly we was looking for ,he demonstrated great customer service skills and left an impression of a person who knows his business.Pavel was giving great advice and negotiate the price within our budget.He is a also pet friendly contractor and our dog loved him.The windows was installed much faster then we expected.The installers worked fast and it took them only one hour to install 2 windows.I highly recommend this company and looking forward to our future projects with them.

We had all windows patio door and front door replaced through Building Luxury windows.
Initially I was very concerned about COVID.
Sales departmend called and offered VIRTUAL consultation over Zoom. Eugene joined the meeting on time and had all samples available to show and explain. He guided me through each and every step of the measurements and answered all the questions me and my wife had. Within several hours I had my quote sent directly to my email.
Technologically - OUTSTANDING!
Serge came with two other men and they installed everything in two days.
The cherry on the cake was a cleaning crew which came by right after the installation and disinfected all areas of installation!!
It was a pleasant surprise!

Entire House Renovation
Eugene was great he was knowledgeable about the windows which made the selection of windows easy. No pressure sales tactics at all which I appreciated.
As for the installation of the windows they were professional. Worked quietly at the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows. Provide me with instructions on how to use the windows which was great. Great service for beginning to end.

We got new windows and they provided excellent customer service and great quality, Paul went out of his way to help us.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a window/door company.

My experience with Building Luxury was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning when I reached out to the completion of the job. Customer service is #1. Eugene was incredibly helpful and the installation team did an amazing job and cleaned up so well afterwards. They were even helpful with other issues I have with some of my other windows. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know looking for windows and doors.

The guys at Building Luxury were great to work with. Communication was always prompt and clear. The guys worked efficiently and clean. We are very happy with the final outcome and will definitely use them again.

We contracted Building Luxury to replace our windows and doors after receiving quotes from 3 competitive companies. Our salesman Paul visited our home, reviewed our existing design and came up with a plan for the window and door replacements that would look best for our home.

We were impressed with Paul's level of technical knowledge. He has considered things that other 2 salesmen hadn't mentioned. He was also always available to answer our questions, and assist with changes and anything else that came up in the time between our contract signing and installation.

Overall, we chose Building Luxury because we liked Paul's ideas, we liked the quality and warranty the company offered, and their price offered excellent value. We would definitely recommend them.

We have purchased a home with had all original windows from the 70's. We were worries about huge bills we are going to get.

Building Luxury Windows representative Paul came to our home and showed us the product. We were able to choose from different models and colors.
They were very professional. The installation have been completed within a day and installers were very polite, skilled and knowledgeable.
