Our old house needed major plumbing surgery: top-to-bottom replacing the central discharge line (stack) and house connection out to the city sewer line, a complete reno of our main bathroom, partial reno of another, and incidental restorations. Horizon gave us a plan, a fair price and a promise to warn us if extra work might be needed (and kept the promises!). They updated us daily on when work would start and end and what each day would hold. The people doing the work took meticulous care every day to protect the floors from traffic and the house from dust and cleaned up every day before leaving. Their respect for us and our home, their workmanship and attention to detail really made the project a success. And they made good suggestions on what would work well and look good, which we really appreciated, since we don’t renovate a bathroom every day! We’re very happy with the finished product, would use the company again -- and have already recommended them to neighbours.
