Buyer Be Aware!
After installing a HVAC system from PATRICK and spending $8000 with this guy things fell apart rather quickly. My main breaker on the yard would jump repeatedly leaving my yard without power for hours on end. After getting a electrician in it became clear that Pat has no idea how to properly install breakers in a panel without checking loads and balancing lines even though it requires him to be certified in basic electrical knowledge. I confronted him with this obvious neglect of workmanship and was told I was rude for pointing out the obvious. As a home owner I demanded answers and got nothing. 8 months have passed and now my brand new top of the line furnace is plagued with problems and no service from Polar Flash when connected. I've use polar flash before and always left a good review even though I wasn't fully satisfied with the workmanship but always gave the guy the benefit of a doubt to impove
I hope this helps alot of undecided customers make up their minds.
P.S I'm not the one to leave bad reviews but this one is worth my time!
