Once they started my project they worked long days and weekends to finish and were not done until we had done a walk through and I was satisfied. They always were respectful and cleaned up everyday before leaving. They offered me some free design advice to help make the most of my renovation. I reached out to the team at Final Finish to have the main floor of my house painted (entrance, living room, front room, kitchen & stairwell) as well as to have my ceiling patched and trims repainted.

The quoting process was very simple and easy.

We needed our ceiling patched from a plumbing issue that caused water damage. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark who came over to fix the hole in the ceiling. It was not an easy task because it was 14 feet high. Mark went above and beyond as he also pointed out what could have caused the water damage and offered to fix it at a very reasonable price. As our plumbers couldn't pin point the cause. The job took 2 days and the patch looks seamless. Mark was very courteous and also has great attention to detail. He was also careful to seal off the area before starting the job and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend him.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Malcom and Mark. To say they went above and beyond for us is an understatement. My husband and I had recently bought a new house, we expected a few cosmetic updates were coming our way. Much to our dismay when we removed the wallpaper we realized the entire house top to bottom had terrible walls that could not be salvaged… this meant a major renovation without having saved up for it!

I spoke with many contractors and found that they all gave me insane quotes/timelines and only wanted to solve the problem their particular way without working with us…. I was completely defeated until I contacted Malcom, I explained our situation to him and pleaded that I needed someone to help us come up with a solution that was affordable for us and made our home livable. Malcom and Mark started working within the week and renovated the entire 2 floors of our house within a tight deadline of 2 weeks, which is when we needed to move in as we were expecting our first child! This team was an absolute pleasure to work with, they were extremely responsive, friendly, and did all the work within the promised deadline.

Malcolm gave us a very good price on the work knowing our situation was unexpected and helped us to make our house into a home! Even after the work was finished, they continued to stay in touch and return to do any touchups we needed done to ensure we were happy with everything.
