I was always very satisfied with every job .
I used them on at least 5 different addresses. Obviously the price varied on the job.

On time and budget. Went the extra mile for repairs that were not listed in the work order at nominal cost. Very diligent; carted away the garbage, cleaned up after work completion to our complete satisfaction. Friendly; provided valuable advice on the most appropriate and cost-effective materials to be used; on what would be worthwhile upgrades versus upgrades that were a waste of money. Responds almost immediately to any emergency repair calls. Overall, years of great experience and a thorough knowledge of construction. Fully stands behind the work completed.

We get our cold-room finished with dry-walling, painting, flooring and replaced broken window. We also got several windows replaced in the bedrooms, living room and washrooms. Replaced part of the ceiling dry-wall in the garage that was damaged by water leakage; repaired/replaced leaking pipes, neatly finished and painted the garage like new.

The work was neat, well planned, and beautifully designed. But the thing that impressed us was the designing ingenuity. Anytime a problem arose they were able to figure out an excellent solution like getting drywall down our winding basement stairs!

Malcolm communicated all costs prior to the project and the work was very ery good and on time.

I can’t say enough about these guys! Malcolm is a jack of all trades and a perfectionist! I came to him with a list and everything was done to perfection, as though he was doing it in his own home! Malcolm and Mark painted, repaired drywall, put up blinds, replaced light fixtures, replaced old bedroom doors with newer ones and even gave me free hardware for them, that he had. He’s since, mounted TVs for us, and I have a new list which I know will be done in the usual perfectionist style he maintains always. 5 stars plus!! If youre lucky enough to have Mark paint and drywall, he takes his time, and is also a perfectionist!!!! Love these guys!
