we had dynamic design renovation project manager Ioana coming over to discuss what we are looking too get done we purchased an old home and it was in an immediate renovation .
we meet ioana was very helpful and resourceful and she presented for us the type of work they do and the one thing that we appreciated the most was when she asked us do you guys have a budget?our company works with the clients to make sure they make their dream renovations happened and work with the budget they have she said .
me and my husband John we decided that we should hire them and thats what we did.
the out come its speechless the entire team was amazing her craftsmanship impecable Luis is the head carpenter that is making sure the team is up to speed and make sure that all is under control.
ioana on the other side her communication is over the board if I can say that she stays in contact with you every minute of the day and she goes over the details making sure all little touch ups details are taking care of it .

Outstanding work! When it was time to put our house for sale I contacted DDRI for help getting it ready to hit the market. Ioana was amazing at recommending some low cost / high impact improvements and explained why some of my ideas were possibly too costly and wouldn’t increase the value of the house. When we agreed on the scope, they scheduled the work to take place over one long weekend when we were away (Friday to Monday). We were expecting to come back to a messy home as the list of to-do’s was long, however the house looked great, everything was completed, floors and counters sparkling clean. I was left very grateful for their work but also pondering why we didnt renovate before and enjoyed such a beautiful house for a couple of years LOL. Luis and his crew = quality of workmanship. A few of the things that were done: flooring (laminate); plumbing (hide furnace condensation outlet); wall repairs; washroom renovation (upstairs and downstairs); trim painting; door leveling and even cut some tree branches in the backyard. The house looked great, it was sold over asking and I honestly think that the renovations did the trick. Thank you!

I hired Luis and Ioana to do some renovations in my house . I bought house 6 years ago. It was rented and was in quite a disastererous state . I needed house renovated to be able to move in myself. First I planned to give Luis and Ioana some work and hire other contractors in order for house to be finished by Christmas. ( The tenant moved out November 10. ) Ioana told me that they can handle larger volumes of work and still be able to meet the deadline. I was quite hesitant but decided to give it a try . It was the best decision I made. As a result, Luis and ioana ended up renovating my entire house. The list of work included creating of open space , raising ceilings , bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling , installing hardwood and laminate floors , painting, attaching light fixtures .
Luis performs the work up to the codes . He is very meticulous in what he does. He comes up with creative ideas how to get the best results using and incorporating the old structures. Ioana is excellent in planning and prioritizing things and giving excellent budget efficient ideas. They work fast and very clean . They stick to their word and deadlines .
I also have to mention that the stress of going through major renovation was significantly eased out for me thanks to Ioana being always reachable and ready to listen.
I highly recommend DDRI for your renovation needs .
As for myself I will continue the project with DDRI . They will help me with new deck and fence as well as upgrade my kitchen with island.
