We have hired ioana and her team at Dynamic Design rneovations inc to do get done thw renovations of our home that included kitchen , flooring, 3 bathrooms and basement renovations . From the begining ioana went above and beyod with her design and ideas and what we appreciate about her was she listen to us and what was our vision and made it come to life. We will also liek to thank Luis and the renovation team for the wonderful and quality craftmenship , the atencion to details blow our minds and as well listening and communicating with us true the project .

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a complete renovation of my kitchen and two full baths, and I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the renovation team displayed professionalism, expertise, and a keen eye for detail. The result is simply stunning my kitchen now boasts a modern yet functional layout with top-of-the-line appliances, while the bathrooms exude luxury with their elegant fixtures and impeccable tile work. Decided to entrust Iona and Luis with the renovation of our master bathroom in anticipation of our first child. Initially, our experience with them was promising. They seemed attentive, responsive, and eager to deliver exceptional results. However, our optimism quickly waned as the project progressed and it became evident that the quality of work and finishes fell short of our expectations. The attention to detail we had hoped for was sorely lacking, and the overall craftsmanship left much to be desired. Despite expressing our concern, they failed to address these deficiencies adequately.

Furthermore, our frustrations were compounded by their failure to honor their warranty agreement. When we attempted to invoke the warranty to rectify the substandard workmanship, we were met with excuses and delays. Despite multiple promises to revisit our home on a WEEKLY basis and address the outstanding issues, they consistently failed to follow through, citing a myriad of reasons each time.

The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by Iona and Luis throughout this ordeal has been deeply disappointing. What began as a hopeful endeavor to enhance our living space has culminated in frustration and dissatisfaction. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Iona and Luis to others seeking reliable and quality renovation services. We urge others to exercise caution before engaging their services.

Ioana and Luis turned my garage to an awesome working areas where I would create positive energy for treating my clients. Their skills and transparency really makes my dream come true.

We sent a message out on Home Stars for a bathroom Reno. We received much interest and a number of contractors contacting us immediately.

Ioana, who is the company Project Manager was excellent at communicating with us and brought ideas and examples of completed projects. She made suggestions for design and colours, style of shower and suggestions that we had not considered. She suggested design plans and we went with her ideas and are glad we did.

We went away for a week and wanted the work completed before our return. We gave the team keys to our house because we absolutely trusted them!

Ioanas spouse, Luis and his associates are excellent craftsmen. They sent us updated pictures as the work was in progress.

We now have a new updated bathroom with a walk-in shower, beautiful cabinets, high top toilets, a wonderful shower design with lots of water pressure, etc. We wanted this bathroom design for convenience and to assist us as we age in place.

We are completely satisfied with Dynamic Design Renovations Inc and highly endorse and recommend them.
