We had to install a door to close off a basement and install a kitchenette wall (cabinets, counter, sink and faucet, plumbing, drywall, backsplash and lighting). We really lucked out with Steve. Everything is professional and above board - from the well specified contracts, to his timely daily communication, to the work itself. We previously renovated a 130 year-old, four unit house and have spent $100K, so we have dealt with many trades people. Steve is the real deal. He shows up when he says he will and sticks with the job until it is done. No mysterious delays, cost overruns, non-returning of calls. He also likes his work and likes people, which is not always the case with trades people. If you can get him, get him.
