Joe provides great customer service as he would keep the communication very well in terms of appointments, delivery and installation. He is friendly, honest, and provides very good recommendation on the type of covering that would compliment the rest of my windows and existing covering, since I only needed window covering for 5 windows that were recently upgraded.
The new roller shades look very beautiful, and so far are very easy to operate. Highly recommended.
