JJ Windows Covering

JJCoverings was referred to us by a friend last year. We wanted to replace the blinds in our house. Joe was quick to respond and arrange for a meeting. He provided us recommendations on what would look better in certain windows, how to ensure maximum darkness in the rooms that had blackout rollers, etc. He is honest and has integrity. We were thinking of getting zebra blinds for our basement windows. These are pricier than the blackout roller blinds. Despite this, he shared that the zebra blinds did not look good in smaller windows and suggested the roller blind. I mentioned this to the friend who referred Joe to us . She said he had done the same thing, voicing concern for the final satisfaction and look for the client. This year, we ordered blinds for a lake property. Joe again was quick to respond and arrange for a meeting. Since we had brought the blinds back from the lake property (as opposed to him going there), it was more challenging to get the proper measurements. He was honest about how the blinds might have a bit more of a gap between the window frame and the blind itself, again made recommendations that had a lower price amount with client satisfaction in mind (i.e. total blackout rollers in the small bathroom and kitchen windows would make the rooms look smaller and too dark). We offered to install the blinds ourselves since it it out of town. When he dropped off the blinds, he showed us how to install and then realized they manufacturer had provided us with black out blinds vs light filtering blinds for the bathroom and kitchen. The cost remained what was originally quoted and if we find it too be too dark, we will let him know so that replacements can be ordered.
