Basement Renovation review in

After the 5 star owner came and quoted the job we then had 3 different 5 star painters came over the course of 6 weeks. The first one started the job but did about 10%, said they did not have the proper ladder to paint stairs (asked us if we had a ladder) and then never came back. 2 other 5 Star painters came and never started the job because they did not have the proper ladder to do stairs. The owner then said he could not finish the job because it was not safe. Well, maybe if they brought the proper ladder... Basically 6 weeks wasted with a started but unfinished job. Promises broken...
