We were happy to fit you in right away for your warranty work. We were able to complete the repair on the day scheduled and are not aware of any parts that did not arrive.
You accepted our quotation to replace your primary & secondary heat exchanger under warranty, and were quoted and invoiced $600. Our regular fee for doing this work is between $1000-$1300. Regarding your comment to us collecting on both sides, I believe you may have misunderstood the warranty procedure. As a Bryant dealer the manufacturer provided you with the parts at no charge and us with $325 towards our labour costs on warranty work. These savings were passed onto you which is why you were quoted the reduced amount of $600. We are sorry if you believe this is unreasonable. To be clear we do not charge $350 for admin work.
