My husband and I recently bought a semidetached home in 2020, the basement was unfinished and unusable! We needed extra income because of the pandemic so we thoroughly looked for contractors to remodel our basement for a potential retail opportunity ! Thankfully we found LUMAT construction Ltd !! They have truly been a life saver and completed a beautiful basement apartment for our renter! They were extremely approachable, affordable and accommodating! We especially love the kitchen they created! Simple finishes, bright tiles and cabinets with clean flooring. Love working with them, and you will too!
