We hired detailed construction & development for a major addition and remodel of our existing home in the Toronto Beaches neighborhood. We had screened several contractors for the work over a long period of time, and after receiving many quotes and meeting the contractors we felt comfortable giving the work to Details Construction. Robert was our point of contact through out the entire process, and walked us through design options and areas of cost savings. We had a wonderful experience, both professionally and personally. Re-building your home is known to be a incredibly stressful endeavor, fortunately for my wife and I it was not due the transparency, honesty, and professionalism Detail's provided throughout the entire process. They finished the project well before the contract deadline, and had little to no deficiencies therefore my wife and I were able to move back into our home in timely manner and not worry about having to let contractors come and fix their faulty work. Detail's has worked with many of their sub-contractors for years and has screened them all well, this gives them the ability to provide a finished product on time, great quality, and an economical price.
My wife and I are truly impressed with the finished product, this is a benefit of working with great people who know what there doing and have been doing it for a long time.
