We have used Craig in the past, we used him this last summer and we will call upon him in the future for further renovations. Craig immerses himself into his work with excellent workmanship being the result.

Craig and his assistant Josh renovated our shower and tiles around the bathtub, and also fixed a few other things around the house. They did a great job, working with us to troubleshoot issues that came up due to the poor initial installation (completed by someone else) 10 years ago, worked hard, and tidied up after themselves each day. Craig had a lot of good ideas and suggestions, was good at communicating timelines etc., and overall was just easy to work with. We're much happier with how our shower looks now and would definitely work with Craig again and recommend to others.

- Renovating our 2 bathrooms was our first ever 'real' renovation project. You always have visions and concerns with the stories you hear when it comes to renovations.

Craig and his assistant Josh worked on transforming our bathrooms over the course of a few months. Here are the words I would use to describe the experience:

Prompt: Craig and Josh were always there when they said they would be. Which was usually between 8-9 AM to 3 PM.

Hardworking: They were always hustling, and I often wondered when they ate. If they did, I never saw them!

Courteous: Always very polite and easy to talk to.

Honest: Craig was always very straight forward about everything with honest opinions on things.

Meticulous: Craig does a great job of making sure all the details are spot on. Our hexagon tiles, which aren't exactly easy to work with, are all lined up nice and straight with a perfect gap, thanks to Craig (and Josh) and their laser levels.

The floor tile around our shower base is perfectly snug thanks to Craig making sure it was perfect.

I'm also confident in the techniques Craig uses for waterproofing bathroom walls and tile surrounds, based on my attempt to research the best ways of doing these things and asking him questions about it.

I don't think you could ask for much more!

Following a recommendation, we employed Craig and his team to renovate 2 bathrooms, to upgrade our laundry room, in addition to refinishing our concrete patio. Initially, we were impressed by Craig's attention to detail and his confidence in being able to address any underlying issues that might arise during the projects. We hired Craig to convert an old laundry room into a bathroom and to renovate an office space in our 65 year-old split level house.
