This company has the worst after sales services I have ever encountered. When I ordered an air-conditioner/heater replacement a couple of years ago, they asked for half the deposit even before delivery. This is most unprofessional. And when they completed the job, they did not replace the thermostat as agreed. When asked, they said they would replace another day. That day never came. Now my unit is not working and I sent a note to the owner and he completely ignored my request. I told him I would write a review about his company. So here is the review since he did not bother to right a wrong with a customer. Buyer beware!
