Evgeny from 911 Appliance Repair Services was amazing. He was able to come same day to help resolve issues I was having with my washer and dryer. His honesty saved me thousands on buying new, and he was able to fix the issues at minimal cost to me. I will definitely contact 911 Appliance Repair Services in the future for my repairs.

My KitchenAid Refrigerator was not functioning properly. I did not wish to purchase a new one and was hoping to have it fixed.
I could not have asked for a better, more professional and efficient repairperson. Evgeny figured out the issue immediately! The part needed was delayed by the manufacturer, but he consistently called me with updates on its status. Once the part arrived, he immediately came and repaired my fridge. I was spared approx. $2000.00

Reached out to 911 Appliance Repair Services by email requesting a quote to repair my electric dryer. I recieved a call from Evgeny within 5 minutes. He went through some basic checks over the phone and figured out the issue. This was very helpful as it saves multiple trips and extra costs. He ordered the part quickly and scheduled the visit. We needed a gas oven repair and were told by other companies that it could take up to a week or they didn’t repair gas ovens. Evgeny was great to deal with and came the next day with all the parts and did a very fast repair. He was very knowledgeable and professional to deal with. He also brought a fridge filter and light bulbs for other appliances that we needed. We would highly recommend him!
