Worst contractor ever, never go with Pure Interiors

Pure Interiors, is the worst contractor to go with, be aware, unreliable, dishonest and does not have a qualified team of trads.
Talks much, promises a lot and does nothing, always asking for money money money. never show up in time, never finish a job in time or on budget.
Once he gets the deposit, stars to make excuses not to complete the work and does not answer or return calls.
I hired him for 45K renovation project, he failed to hire a plumber to do the work, he failed to pass any city inspection. I had to fire him.
Attached is example of his HVAC work, was completely rejected by inspector.
