Bottom line, this is a team stands behind their product. I had some super rough floors (30+ year old 3/8thick 1inch wide red oak strips, sanded almost to the nails) ... and now they look awesome.
Great value for the work that was completed. Above and beyond.
Stairs were chewed up.. areas needed replacing (they matched my old floors perfectly).. I wasn't expecting a miracle given the situation.
They came and delivered. Cleaned up nice after too.
