I have paid $54,000 dollars and the work has not been close to being completed. The work that was done is sub standard. Now he will not return my calls. He will be hearing from my lawyer.

Flooring, baseboards and trim

Ozeias and his installer crew were incredible. They were on budget and completed Job on time. They installed hardwood flooring, casings around all doors and baseboards. They finishing was great. Although I did not any other Renos in home I found out they are a full service renovation company. I will definitely keep them in mind for future work.

SPFC Construction has been very helpful, accommodating and professional. They're hardworking, clean and very trustworthy.
Ozeias is a Master Tile Setter and is very dedicated and precise.
I'd definately recommend SPFC and will be using them for more renovations in my home.
Thanks so much for the beautiful work so far!

This pictures are from two of my projects, they did a pretty good job and fast. After the Castomer decide to change the railings, they damaged the tile, SPFC guys came and fixed it next day with no problem
