My Naighbor and I (We live in Ajax) have talked about extending our decks our back yard for years. I saw the design and quality of the deck he got done and it felt like it was too simple and Didn’t look like it was worth what he paid for it....

I looked at some reviews about Empire Estate Design, and asked the owner to come by and give me an appraisal.

Not only did Parimal exceed my expectations in the knowledge and professionalism he provided to give me a better idea of what I wanted, he provided me with a 3D Design that showed me what the final project would look like.The deck was 650 square feet using composite deck from Azek, With glass railings.

I spend almost everyday now on my new deck now and honestly I haven’t seen or spoken to my Naighbor since my deck started being constructed and he asked me how much I paid for it; he feels ripped off because he chose a cheaper unestablished company that did a choppy job.

Empire Estate Design and their team has been extremely professional, proficient, polite, and prompt. The new Deck has definitely raised my property value more the I spent to get it done and it’s something I get to enjoy and show off everyday.
