We hired Uptrends Development back in August after signing a contract with Sri back in Aug. Its Oct 25 and only stairs inspection and plumbing inspection has been done.
Sri is very unresponsive and he does not have a dedicated team of trades as he promised. Project has been constantly delayed with struggle to find a plumber and now since last 3 weeks, he is not able to find a licensed electrician. The subcontractor he hired to complete our separate entrance stairs did not do the job properly and the cleanup was not completed. Sri when he did show up works for only few hours.
Sri does not return our messages and our phone calls and has not responded to my calls or messages since past few weeks.
I am not sure if he will be completing this job which as per contract should have been completed last week.
Please save yourself the headache and chasing and don't hire Sri. I am now chasing him for damages and money he took without completing the job
